About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive strategic partnerships and sales with CSR arms of corporates, NGOs, Foundations, and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs). The role involves building strong institutional relationships, managing large accounts, and driving adoption of sustainable water and livelihood solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting CSR initiatives, NGOs, FPOs, and social enterprises.
- Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in corporates and development organizations.
- Design and present proposals aligned with CSR objectives, sustainability goals, and social impact programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, closure, and post-sales engagement.
- Represent the company in CSR forums, industry conferences, and NGO/FPO networks to build visibility and pipeline.
- Maintain a strong sales funnel, meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and insights on sales performance, CSR/NGO trends, and partnership opportunities.
- Nurture strategic accounts for repeat projects and multi-year engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Development Studies, or related field.
- 8–10 years of B2B/Institutional sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in CSR, NGO, or social impact-focused sales.
- Strong understanding of CSR ecosystem in India, development sector networks, and FPO models.
- Proven track record in building partnerships with corporates, foundations, and NGOs.
- Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex decision-making structures in large organizations.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field visits.
- Passion for sustainability, water security, agriculture, or social impact will be highly valued.
- Excellent Communications Skills in Marathi, Hindi, English and any other languages

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute both online and offline marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of digital marketing expertise and traditional marketing experience to build brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate leads across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, influencer campaigns) and offline channels (events, print, OOH, partnerships).
- Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative content across all channels.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to drive quality leads and conversions.
