Sr Associates will manage projects end-to-end related to Sustainability Finance, Climate Finance, and helping build the business case for Sustainability.
The consulting engagements will be focused at shaping solutions for some of today’s most pressing global issues: climate change and sustainability. The ideal candidate should be inquisitive, be keen on problem solving, and has been involved in some way with business sustainability. She/he is looking to build a career in management consulting.

Position deliverables
- Connecting several dots to create insight and aim to generate new intellectual property (that is the hallmark of most of our assignments)
- Constructing models that capture financial flows, financial impact on businesses/ investors, etc.
- Developing impactful client recommendations and delivering them through world-class written and oral presentations
- Delivery responsibility for engagements in a timely and cost-effective manner
About you
- You are a proactive and independent person who has a demonstrated passion as relates to sustainability

- You have a flexible and creative mind-set
- You are a curious and creative individual able to understand quickly the complexities of the company’s products and markets
You must have
- Have a Masters degree/ MBA/ CFA Level III certification
- 4-8 years of relevant work experience where you have leveraged your business / financial modeling skills to develop business insights
- Have strong analytical abilities and excellent presentation skills
- Have prior consulting experience: either management consulting or operational consulting
- Ability to work ‘hands-on’ and multi-task in an energetic environment
