MSC (MicroSave Consulting) is scaling its Climate Change & Sustainability practice. We’re looking for a seasoned and visionary Senior Manager to lead high-impact initiatives in climate mitigation, adaptation, finance, and sustainable development.

✨ What we are looking for:
✅ A Master’s degree in Climate Change, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Renewable Energy, Climate Finance, Agriculture, Economics, Public Policy, or related fields.
✅ Minimum 12 years of experience in the development/social sector—preferably in consulting firms, think tanks, development agencies, or government bodies.
✅ Proven leadership in designing and delivering projects on climate change mitigation, adaptation, and finance. Exceptional analytical, strategic, and communication skills. Experience in MSMEs, agriculture, urban resilience, ESG, or climate policy is highly desirable.
