cKinetics is looking for an aspiring management consultant looking to help shape the sustainability strategy for manufacturing industries.

The ideal candidate is passionate about Sustainability and looking for meaningful as well as impactful work. She/he should have had past experience in one or more of the following sustainability related areas:

• Resource Efficiency (Energy, water, waste, etc)
• Renewable Energy
• Cleaner Production
• Climate Change Advisory

The person would be involved in consulting engagements focused at shaping solutions for some of today’s most pressing global issues.

Role:
The role envisages the following activities:

• Connecting several dots to create insight and aim to generate new intellectual property (that is the hallmark of most of our assignments)
• Developing impactful client recommendations and delivering them through world-class written and oral presentations
• Delivery responsibility for engagements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Undertake relevant field work for various projects and provide on ground operational support to cKinetics’ partners and clients, while coordinating with clients and team members in India & across the globe.

About you:

• You are a proactive and independent person who has a demonstrated passion as relates to Sustainability
• You are a strong communicator
• You are a curious and creative individual who is used to solving problems for clients

You must have:

• A Master’s Degree and an educational background that allows you to understand the language of business and technology
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience in one of the following domains: Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, Cleaner Production, Climate Change, Environmental Management, Natural Resource Management
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent presentation skills
• Developed spread-sheet based models as a part of your work; or worked on R
• Prior consulting experience: either management consulting or operational consulting
• Ability to work ‘hands-on’ and multi-task in an energetic environment
