Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic Green Finance Manager with experience in assessing, structuring, and monitoring loans to green projects and companies. The candidate will support deal origination, due diligence, risk analysis, and post-disbursement monitoring for loans provided to green and sustainable projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and evaluate loan proposals, primarily in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and sustainable climate resilient infrastructure sectors.
• Perform detailed financial, technical, and credit due diligence on prospective borrowers and projects.
• Structure loan products and financing terms tailored to project requirements and regulatory norms.
• Conduct risk analysis, develop credit appraisal notes, and present proposals to the credit committee.
• Coordinate with legal, technical, and other advisors during the appraisal and documentation process.
• Monitor loan accounts post-disbursement including project progress, repayments, and compliance with covenants.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and relationship management.
• Maintain updated knowledge of climate finance trends, policies, and financing instruments in India.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• MBA (Finance), Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent degree.
• 3–7 years of experience in project finance, corporate lending, or infrastructure finance, preferably in an NBFC, bank, or financial institution.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, risk assessment, and credit evaluation techniques. • Familiarity with sectors such as renewable energy, electric mobility, or climate-aligned infrastructure is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently and in teams. • Commitment to climate action and sustainable development.
