BoreCharger is an innovative technology that enhances the water yield of existing borewells with minimal investment. Using a patented process, it perforates the borewell casing from the inside, enabling efficient rainwater harvesting and deep aquifer recharge. This system revives failed or low-yield borewells without requiring civil construction, extra space, or a surface water source, making groundwater access more sustainable and reliable.  

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute both online and offline marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of digital marketing expertise and traditional marketing experience to build brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate leads across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, influencer campaigns) and offline channels (events, print, OOH, partnerships).
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative content across all channels.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to drive quality leads and conversions.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.
  • Organize and promote offline events, exhibitions, and CSR campaigns for brand visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine marketing strategies.
  • Build partnerships with agencies, vendors, and media outlets for greater outreach.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in integrated marketing (digital + offline).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven success in planning and executing offline campaigns (events, print, outdoor media).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in CSR, sustainability, or social impact marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent Communications Skills in Marathi, Hindi, English and any other languages
