MSC (MicroSave Consulting) is scaling its Climate Change & Sustainability practice. We’re looking for a seasoned and visionary Senior Manager to lead high-impact initiatives in climate mitigation, adaptation, finance, and sustainable development.

✨ What we are looking for:
✅ A Master’s degree in Climate Change, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Renewable Energy, Climate Finance, Agriculture, Economics, Public Policy, or related fields.
✅5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, think tanks, donor/development agencies, or government roles
✅Strong research, writing, and presentation skills, with experience in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and (ideally) GIS
✅Exposure to one or more areas like climate-smart agriculture, climate finance, MEL, or public budgeting
